2. Works

Each sculpture is a unique piece hand-carved in natural stone. The veins, tone and small irregularities of the stone are part of the work and are not considered defects. The dimensions and weight on each page are those of the actual piece. The photos show the real work; color may vary slightly depending on the light and the screen it is viewed on.

3. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. For shipments outside the European Union, the cart deducts VAT, and import duties and taxes are payable by the buyer. Shipping costs, including insurance for the work, are calculated in the cart according to the destination.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card, or with Link, through Stripe's secure payment gateway. The seller has no access to your card details.

5. Shipping

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the work to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and the refund includes the price of the work and the original shipping. This right does not apply to commissioned works made to your specifications. 7. Certificate of authenticity

Each work comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish consumer and e-commerce law.
